2.13 Last-minute Amendments To Contracted Equipment – A Client’s Guide
As a rule last minute amendments are generally not well thought-out, and should be kept to a minimum.
Having said that sometimes due to last minute booking of exhibitors or attendees, there may be a requirement of additional or rearranged equipment.
This should be discussed with the contractors at the booking stage for the possible requirement of additional equipment and then just implemented closer to the event date.
Two weeks’ notice would normally be okay. However, equipment availability due to seasonal constraints may hinder the supply of further equipment.
Keep in touch with your contractors regularly with amendments and their availability of other possible equipment requirements.
